The recipes we share here are all about being quick and easy and something that you can throw together when you get home after a long day in the office. Nobody wants to be cooking for hours and this little stir fry will take you a maximum of 20 minutes from start to finish. Forget about ordering takeaway or going out to eat because when you can make noodles this good at home you will never settle for second best again!

Step 1

The ingredients are all easy to get. The main thing is to get some really top quality beef. Fillet works best because you'll be cooking it so quickly.

Step 2

Start off by chopping up the veg. Nice even sized pieces.

Step 3

Slice up the garlic and shop it into as small pieces as you possibly can.

Step 4

Chop the corn up. You could use the shitty ones in the tins but the fresh will give it a gorgeous crunch and be so much better.

Step 5

Seems like a lot of prep but once you have all this ready you are done and pretty much ready to cook and finish it all off. Super quick dish as we said.

Step 6

Season up the beef with a load of salt, pepper and a bit of oil

Step 7

Cook the noodles. You'll see on the instructions that they'll probably only take a few minutes. Boiling water.

Step 8

Lash the oil into the pan. This is only going to take 3 or 4 minutes from start to finish so have everything ready to go.

Step 9

Lash in the chilli and garlic.

Step 10

Throw in the peppers after about a minute.

Step 11

When they are getting soft lash in the beef. The key here is having a serious heat. The hotter the better.

Step 12

Keep it all stirred up at all times and then lash in a good glug of soy sauce.

Step 13

Throw in the oyster sauce. It should start sizzling at this stage and you want to finish it all off quickly.

Step 14

Keep it all moving using a wooden spoon or a flick of the wrist to toss it all if you are feeling confident.

Step 15

Strain off the noodles and lash them into the wok.

Step 16

Add some more soy to bind it all together.

Step 17

Stir it up so as the sauce is completely evenly coated.

Step 18

Serve it up immediately while it's still piping hot.

Buy good quality beef for this one and you are going to be amazed at just how good this tastes and how simple it is to make. Its one of those dishes you've never tried to cook and probably always eaten when out but once you know how to make this you'll add it to your locker as something you will make over and over again.
